Executive Committee Minutes: June 11, 2010

• We agreed to schedule bi-weekly conference calls of the Executive Committee on Fridays from 1:30 to 1:45 p.m. Therefore, the next conference call is scheduled for Friday, June 25 at 1:30 p.m. Dial (866) 340-2757 with conference code # 4369586.


• We like transparency and have agreed to post the notes from each conference call on http://healthliteracykentucky.org/


• Next week, Charles will send e-mail to the heads of the four Health Literacy Kentucky (HLK) committees requesting the first committee report by the first week of July. That report should include goals, next steps, and timeline for the committee. He will ask these committee heads to routinely submit monthly reports the first week of each month.


• Charles will send out an e-mail next week reminding everyone to save the date for the next Steering Committee meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 31 from noon to 4 p.m. in Lexington.
